Please be aware that there is a requirement for all seafarers to have a flag state endorsement for their qualifications. Seawood Yachts can organise this if your employment is successful should you not already have this. Currently our management yachts are registered under the Gibraltar Flag.
Important information for Seafarers
Seafarer safety and a duty of care is of paramount importance to Seawood Yachts and owners we work with. As an example of this please see our crew handbook issued to seafarers onboard our management yachts as well as a draft copy of our Seafarer Employment Agreement.
Complaints Procedure
All complaints can be made to Seawood Yachts direct in writing via email to ahoy@seawoodyachts.com and we will look to rectify as soon as possible for you.
Should you not be happy with how we have dealt with your complaint and would like to escalate this to the MCA then please email mlc@mcga.gov.uk.
